Lemon Ginger​

Ingredients

Water, ginger, lemon

Preparation

1. Cut ginger (2-3 slices) and lemon (2-3 slices)
2. Put ginger and lemon slices into glass (500ml)
3. Add hot water (2 portions) from the coffee machine
4. Put it on a small tray and serve
5. Ask customer if he/she wants sugar/honey

Mint Tea

ingredients

Water, mint, honey

Preparation

1. Put (fresh looking!) mint strands(2-3) into glass (500ml)
2. Add honey (1 spoon)
3. Add hot water (2 portions) from the coffee machine
4. Put it on a small tray and serve
5. Ask customer if he/she wants sugar/honey
