Description

Roasted lemon zest

Preparation

1. Peel the lemon zest with a small knife

2. Remove white part from the zest

3. Chop the zest finely and place it on a oven tray lined with baking paper

4. Roast it in the oven for 3-4 minutes: Program: Ofenfunktionen --> Grillstufe --> Mikrowellen-Symbol --> Uhrzeit-Symbol 3 Minuten einstellen --> Start

5. Transfer to jar (small tasting jars)
