Flat White

Description

2 espresso shots with foamed up milk, served in a small glass

Preparation

1. Grab portafilter (double)

2. Fill portafilter with coffee powder (2 portions)

3. Insert portafilter in coffee machine 

4. Put a small glass under the portafilter and press button (2 cups)

5. Fill in milk into milk can (until spout), insert milk frother and foam milk

6. Add foamed up milk to espresso shot

7. Serve flat white on a small tray with sugar
