Why are you focused in sustainability?
> Cause we only have this one planet. If you are crazy enough to think you could change the world by reducing the pollution with just a reusable glass bottle you will! We should not accept to throw a bag full of waste in the trash after a small McDonalds dinner.
Do you give soups to homeless people?
> There are some people collecting the soup stickers for free soups and give them to homeless people. That's so nice! We also offer on really cold days some soups to people on the streets.
Do you spend money to organisations?
> We would spend soups to their helping hands. Do you have any ideas?

Why Urban/Soup, where does the brand name come from?
> We are focused on urban people and offer the best soups.
Where does the idea came from?
> The idea was born while Tim was looking for easy to eat, fast and healthy food options. There weren't no nice options back in 2014. So he decided to develop a small idea paper. With this paper he sat in Daniel's flat. Daniel and Tim where neighbors at this time. At the beginning Daniel did't like the idea. But after long nights discussing different topics he felt more and more, that this could be a game changer in the life's of many many people.

Are your soups organic (BIO)?
> No, cause we are a little upset with those certificates. We tested a lot of organic products and got really bad quality delivered.
We decided a product rule therefore. Most important:
1. Quality
We absolutely focus on perfect product quality.
2. Sustainability
We want to live in a green and friendly world. So we pretend to get our products with the fewest pollution. Tomato from Bavaria. Our soup producer is only 2km away from our stores etc.
3. BIO Siegel and other certificates
We respect those certificates and use a lot of organic products. But as said it's not the focus.
Are your soups cooked in your stores?
> No, we wouldn't have had the place for that. Therefore we produce our soups in a super nice huge kitchen near to the Isar. There we have 200l pots. In our store we couldn't handle a pot with more than 20l.
Do you have vegan soups?
> Yes. Most of our base soups are vegan. We mix them with different toppings. If the customer wants to have a vegan tomato soup e.g. he could eat it without the feta cheese.
