Preparation

 

  1. Grab a package chorizo from the freezer

  2. Grab a tray and put baking paper on it

  3. Spread the chorizo (half the package) on the tray

  4. Put tray into the oven: PROGRAM: press "star" botton --> Chorizo Vorheizen --> Chorizo 1 --> Chorizo durchmischen --> Chorizo 2 --> durchmischen --> Chorizo 3

  5. After baking, put chorizo into a sieve and hang it into a bowl/GN so that the fat can drip off

  6. Put chorizo into GN and write the expiry date on the lid
