Description

1 espresso shot with hot water​

Preparation

1. Grab portafilter (double)

2. Fill portafilter with coffee powder (2 portions)

3. Insert portafilter in coffee machine 

4. Put a small glass (left) and a esspresso cup (right) under the portafilter and press button (2 cups)

5. Add hot water to espresso shot (until glass is filled 2/3)

6. Serve americano on a small tray with sugar

7. Ask customer if he/she needs some cold milk
